Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitor stock movements, inventory accuracy, and system updates
- Generate reports and support data analysis for warehouse operations
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify system or operational issues and support in resolving them
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or WMS-related roles
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Familiarity with AI tools (for reporting, automation, and data analysis)
- Experience in network systems and basic programming is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
