Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure strong territory coverage
- Monitor daily field activities and pharmacy coverage to ensure proper execution of plans
- Drive product availability, distribution, and stock liquidation across pharmacies and drugstores
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and performance
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills
