Supply Chain Assistant - Baghdad

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support our supply chain operations in Baghdad. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and supply chain documentation.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and shipment status.
  • Assist in preparing supply chain reports and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and sales teams as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies. 

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
