Al Mouyasser is looking for a motivated and analytical Supply & Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Erbil.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends and business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and support optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and other departments to align supply with demand.
- Analyze sales, stock, and forecast data and highlight potential shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.
- Support the supply planning and replenishment process to ensure product availability.
- Track forecast accuracy and recommend improvements.
- Follow up on supply issues and take proactive action to minimize disruptions.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Good command of English & Arabic
- Good knowledge of Excel and email tools
- Strong data analysis & numerical skills
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills
- Critical thinking and ownership mindset
- Strong time management, adaptability, multitasking, stress management.
