Al-Mouyasser – Fattal Group is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our Healthcare Division.
The Sales Manager will lead a team of Medical Representatives and drive the promotion of pharmaceutical portfolio across Iraq
Duty station Location: Baghdad
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the national Promotion team to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Develop and implement commercial and Promotion strategies aligned with company goals.
- Train, coach, and motivate field representatives to improve performance.
- Monitor sales execution in the field, including planning territories and customer coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, HR, Compliance to align strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine plans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and reports for senior leadership.
- Work Location: Baghdad with coverage of the pharmaceutical portfolio across Iraq.
Must Have
- Field of Specialty: Pharmaceutics
- Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years in medical promotion (preferably in GIT, IM, Cardio, Surgeon, Pediatrics, Gynecologist).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Commercial awareness and financial literacy.
- Comfortable with travel and field visits as needed.
- Proficiency in English for communication with global teams
- Significant sales experience (often 8–10+ years), including several years in a managerial role.
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced): sales forecasting, KPI dashboards, pivot tables, data analysis, target tracking, budgeting, and incentive
- calculations
- Microsoft PowerPoint: preparation of business reviews, launch presentations, cycle meeting decks, and senior leadership reports
- CRM systems: territory planning, call cycle management, customer segmentation, and performance monitoring
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
- Computer Skills: Professional level
Nice to have
- strong scientific background in pharmaceutics, particularly generics business.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing medical representatives.
