Al-Mouyasser is looking for an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our Logistics & Supply Chain team within healthcare division in Baghdad.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of goods to customers or clients.
- • Verify that all invoices and return orders are properly signed and stamped by the customer and hand a hard copy to the credit controller.
- • Organize delivery schedules and set up routes plan for Delivery Drivers to ensure that all delivery schedules are met on time.
- • Manage team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to fulfill orders.
- • Address customer inquiries, complaints that related to distribution process, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- • Maintain delivery records, logs, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- • Oversee the maintenance and repair of delivery vehicles to ensure they are safe and operational.
- • Monitor delivery expenses, optimize routes to reduce costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- • Provide training to delivery staff on safety procedures.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Adminbtrative or related filed
- 5+ years of experience in Warehousing & Distribution
- Good command of Arabic & English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Proactive and well-organized
