Al Mouyasser is looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Commercial Controller to join our Finance team.
This role plays a key part in supporting commercial and financial decision-making through profitability analysis, pricing control, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across products, brands, and channels.

Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, margins, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly commercial and financial performance reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for commercial operations.
- Monitor pricing structures, discounts, rebates, and trade spending.
- Partner with Sales teams on pricing requests and profitability analysis.
- Track revenue, volume, and margin performance against targets.
- Ensure accurate tracking of A&P budgets and commercial transactions.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial finance, controlling, or financial analysis.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is considered a plus.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to support and influence commercial decisions through financial insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
